Our Winter Trips
We offer a selection of short and long husky sledging trips available from December through to April. Please contact us to book a trip by using the

Short Trips - 1 hour to 2 day
Come and meet the Huskys at our Kennels near Jokkmokk. We introduce you to the dogs and tell you a little about their training, routines, diet, personalities and their lifestyle. We show you the equipment we use; harness's, sledges etc. We offer coffee during this visit.

Introduction trip
We greet you on arrival and we introduce you to the Huskys. We tell you a little about the huskys training, routines, diet, personalities and their lifestyle. We soon head out of the kennels making our way along the track for a short trip pulled by the huskys on our sledges - a real introduction to husky sledging. We then make our way back to camp for coffee.
1 Hour Trip - 750 SEK per person
Coffee Trip
We greet you on arrival and we introduce you to the Huskys. We finish the final preparations for departure and soon make our way along the track through the forest. We enjoy the tranquility and watch the Huskys run with excitement. We stop over for a coffee and local cakes at our outside grill and cooking hut and tell you a little about the huskys training, routines, diet, personalities and their lifestyle before making our way back to camp.
1.5-2 Hour Trip - 1000 SEK per person
Lunch Trip
We greet you on arrival and we introduce you to the Huskys. We finish the final preparations for departure and soon make our way along the track through the forest. We enjoy the tranquility and watch the Huskys run with excitement. We stop and prepare you a local traditional meal of Reindeer (or fish) whilst you sit by the fire at our outside grill and cooking hut. We tell you a little about their training, routines, diet, personalities and their lifestyle before making our way back to camp along a different route.
3-4 Hour Trip - 1200 SEK per person (additional 300 SEK to drive your own team of Husky's)
Full Day Trip
We greet you on arrival and we introduce you to the Huskys. We finish the final preparations for departure and soon make our way along the tracks and through the forest. We enjoy the tranquility and watch the Huskys run with excitement. We stop and prepare you a lovely cooked meal on the fire whilst you sit by and relax before leisurely making our way back to camp. We finish the day with coffee followed by a Sauna (if you wish)
6-8 hours - 2300 SEK per person
Longer trips - Weekend to 7 days
Friday-Sunday Trip
A full weekend of time with the Huskys, based in a lovely wooden cabin with its own wood fired Sauna, set just 80m from the Husky Kennels and river. We take trips out with the Husky's, eat lunch out, enjoy a cooked evening meal followed by a Sauna. We can also arrange for you to do Snowshoe walking
2 nights - 5500 SEK per person (including all equipment, accommodation, food and airport drop off and pick up)
Comfort trip - 7 day trip
Based in a self contained wooden cabin with its own wood fired sauna and situated just 80m from the Husky Kennels and the beautiful river. This cabin will be your base for the next 7 days. We depart each day and take husky trips around the area of Jokkmokk, however we can stay overnight in a cabin if you would like. Day trips involve being out from around 10.00am-3.00pm stopping for lunch by a fire, you can drive your own team of husky's or leisurely enjoy the ride as a passenger. We usually travel around 20-30km per day. Evenings will involve taking a sauna, relaxing and dining with local menu. If you would like a day off or to finish earlier some days then we can visit local Sami museums, or take a day trip to the Ice Hotel in Kiruna. Contact us for a full itinerary

Abisko - 7 day trip
A wonderful trip for the reasonably fit adventurer The Abisko mountain trip involves overnight stays in cabins with saunas and dinners in the mountains, driving your own team of Huskys and taking care of your team. Contact us for a full itinerary

Kvikkjokk Trip - 7 day trip
A fantastic trip through the beautiful Kvikkjokk area (although slightly more demanding than the Abisko trip), ideal for the slightly more advanced adventurer!. Contact us for a full itinerary
